Oliver the Owl Gryphon is a PDF downloadable sewing pattern for a jointed and wired stuffed animal.
Oliver stands at 12" tall and his wing span is 16". He is made from faux fur, and uses figurecord for the wiring of his wings (though you could use copper wire) and his claws, and five safety lock joints for his head, arms, and leg. His eyes are needle felted, but you can use safety lock eyes or glass loop eyes, whatever you prefer.
He stands on his own, or can sit on his bum.
