Are orders returnable?

Yes! If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a physical product, please reach out to me. I’m happy to help! Returns are accepted for items still in their original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Due to the nature of a PDF file, sewing patterns ARE NOT returnable.

How are my purchases shipped?

To keep shipping costs as low as possible, I ship books media mail, and all others items first class. Both come with a tracking number. If you would like me to ship your items differently, please reach out. I’m happy to accommodate!
